Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is undergoing renovations over the next year that will include an upgraded food hall.

The renovations at the shopping center, near Walt Disney World at 8200 Vineland Ave., are expected to be finished by the end of next year. Vineland’s more than 160 stores will stay open as work will take place primarily overnight.

Bar-height seating and communal-style tables will be added for the food hall. Common areas will also be upgraded with lounge spaces featuring seating.

The makeover will also include an enclosed stairwell and bridge linking parking to the shopping center.

“Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets has proudly served the Orlando community, visitors and international tourists for close to 20 years,” area general manager Don Dooley said in a news release.

Pointe Orlando, 9101 International Drive, also is undergoing a redevelopment, adding artistic elements and a passageway connecting parts of the complex.
