Celebrate Orlando & Orange County on 407 Day
Organized by The City of Orlando, Orange County Government, Orlando Economic Partnership and Visit Orlando, 407 Day encourages residents to support their favorite restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, services and other locally owned businesses. Orlando Main Street districts and other Orange County neighborhoods are great places to start.

Locals are also invited to share posts and photos on their social media channels with the hashtag, #407Day. It’s a fun, easy and meaningful way to show the world your local pride while exploring your own backyard and highlighting just how unbelievable Orlando really is.
Last year, the city, county, Downtown Development Board, Orlando Economic Partnership and Visit Orlando unveiled a new mural on the corner of Orange Avenue and Pine Street for 407 Day. The mural is an initiative for the “Unbelievably Real” brand platform, a first-of-its-kind partnership between Visit Orlando and Orlando Economic Partnership developed to speak to all audiences — leisure, meetings and business.

Designed by Orlando artist Clark Orr, the artwork brings to life how all aspects of the region shine, from tourism highlights like nightly fireworks and water adventures to innovative technologies such as simulation and rocket launches. It’s an in-demand selfie spot on 407 Day and all year long. What’s more, you can buy mural-branded merchandise from the Discover Downtown™ Visitor Center in downtown Orlando.
