Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining extended for 2 additional weeks

ORLANDO, FLA. — Orlando foodies now have an additional two weeks to enjoy three-course meals for $37 at select local restaurants.

Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining program was scheduled to end Oct. 3, but has been extended to Oct. 17.

“We’re thrilled to offer more time for visitors and locals to take advantage of this incredible program, which has raised over $1.8 million for local charities since 2009,” said Casandra Matej, president and CEO for Visit Orlando. “The two-week extension opens the opportunity to raise even more money for this year’s charity beneficiaries while continuing to support our local restaurants.”

For every three-course meal sold, $1 is donated to local charities. This year’s Magical Dining contributions benefit Pathlight HOME — which provides affordable housing and offers an employment resource center to help low-income and homeless individuals in Central Florida — and IDignity — which assists disadvantaged Central Floridians in obtaining legal identification documents often required to access education, employment, housing, banking, social services, proper healthcare and numerous additional opportunities.

Restaurant listings on OrlandoMagicalDining.com will designate restaurants participating in the extended time period. While the majority of restaurants have elected to extend, the extra two weeks are optional, and listings will continue to be updated.
